Effective Date: June 9, 2025

1. Services Provided

Lone Wolf Studios offers:

• Photography (portraits, events, commercial)
• Videography (events, promotional content)
• Digital file delivery via secure online gallery

2. Booking & Payments

• Deposits: 30% non-refundable deposit required to secure date
• Balance Due: Full payment required before final delivery
• Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer, or cash

3. Cancellation Policy

• 14+ days notice: Full deposit credit toward reschedule
• 7-13 days notice: 50% deposit forfeiture
• Less than 7 days: Full deposit forfeiture

4. Intellectual Property

• I retain copyright of all creative works
• Clients receive unlimited personal use license
• Commercial licenses available (inquire for pricing)
• Credit attribution appreciated where feasible

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details and timelines
• Secure necessary permits for locations
• Designate a decision-maker on event day

6. Limitations

I'm not liable for:

• Acts of God (weather, natural disasters)
• Venue restrictions or last-minute changes
• Equipment failure despite proper maintenance

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Michigan law. Any disputes will be resolved in Wayne County courts.
